Instead of waiting around for the heat to slowly soak into the core of your product, shortwave gets it done fast. And if you need more punch? We can tweak the wattage and voltage. By cranking up the heat density, you can speed up that rotary conveyor without worrying about under-curing your product. It’s a huge relief not having to choose between speed and quality.
Why “drop-in” replacements usually fail
It’s tempting to just buy a part that fits the socket. But fitting the socket isn’t the same as hitting your thermal targets. We spend our time obsessing over the length and the shape of the reflector. Why?
