The real secret to a steady heat field
Most blow molding lamps use short-wave infrared, but the magic is actually in the details. We obsess over where the tungsten filament sits and how pure the quartz glass is. Here’s the thing: whether you’re running 230V or 400V, that wattage has to be spread perfectly across the tube. If the filament winding is off by even a tiny bit, you get “cold spots.” We tighten those tolerances. It keeps the heat field flat, so your preforms get treated evenly from top to bottom.
