We build these using high-purity quartz and a tungsten filament. To keep them from burning out too fast during constant cycling, we pack them with halogen gas. It protects the filament, so the lamps actually last. Depending on how big your oven is, we can tweak the wattage and voltage. If you need to hit your target temp fast, we crank up the wattage density. And for the installation? We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. Because halogen lamps hit their target temperature almost instantly, they put a lot of intense heat on your oven’s chassis. You can’t just slap these in and walk away.
